1. Booking Terms & Conditions

Guests may make reservations at Hôtel Fantaisie through our official website, hotline, or online booking platforms such as Booking.com, Agoda, Trip.com… To ensure a smooth reservation and check-in process, all booking information should be provided accurately and completely.

Once the reservation has been completed, a confirmation will be sent by our reception team via email or message at the earliest convenience.

2. Payment Policy

• Guests may settle payment by cash, bank transfer, or credit/debit card.
• Depending on the room category or promotional offer, the hotel may require a deposit in advance to secure the reservation.
• The full accommodation fee must be settled in full prior to or upon check-in.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation made at least 7 days prior to the check-in date will receive a 100% refund of the deposit (if applicable).
• Cancellations made within 7 days of the check-in date, or no-shows, may incur a charge of 50%–100% of the total reservation value.
• Certain promotional offers may be subject to a non-refundable cancellation policy.

4. Reservation Modifications

Guests may request changes to their stay dates or reservation details, subject to room availability. To ensure the best possible assistance, we kindly ask that any modifications be communicated in advance.

5. Check-in & Check-out Time

• Check-in time: from 2:00 PM.
• Check-out time: before 12:00 PM.

Early check-in or late check-out may incur an additional charge depending on room availability.

At Hôtel Fantaisie, we may be able to offer complimentary early check-in from around 12:00 PM, subject to room availability.

Guests are also welcome to leave their luggage at the reception should the room not yet be ready upon arrival.

6. General Policies

• Guests are kindly requested to present a valid identification document upon check-in.
• Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms, except in designated smoking areas.
• Pets and prohibited substances are not allowed within the hotel premises, unless otherwise specified by hotel policy.
• Hôtel Fantaisie shall not be held responsible for personal belongings that are not properly secured or stored.
