a, Member Registration
- Guests may register for Hôtel Fantaisie’s complimentary membership program during their first check-in and begin enjoying exclusive benefits for future stays.
b, Stay & Spending History
- Guests who make reservations through direct channels such as our website, Fanpage, or Zalo will be eligible to earn membership points at Hôtel Fantaisie.
- Point Conversion:
1 point = 1,000,000 VND spent (applicable to room stays, Thermal Bath, Restaurant & Café services). - Membership Cycle:
1 cycle = 1 year. Points will expire after one membership cycle from the date they are earned.
c, Annual Membership Tier Review
- Hôtel Fantaisie conducts annual membership tier reviews on June 30 each year.
- Guests will be notified via email upon membership tier upgrades or prior to tier expiration.
Membership Tier Criteria:
On the membership review date:

- Expired points will be deducted from the total accumulated points balance.
- Members will retain their current tier if their total accumulated points meet the minimum requirement for that tier.
- Members will be upgraded if their total accumulated points meet the requirements of the higher tier.
- Members will be downgraded to the appropriate tier if their total accumulated points do not meet the minimum requirement to maintain their current tier.

Note:
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to room availability, with support of 1–2 hours depending on actual occupancy.
- Room upgrade benefits are subject to actual room availability and do not apply to the following room types: Villa and Fantaisie Castle Suite
- Stays during a guest’s birthday month will be eligible for the membership birthday benefit. The applicable birthday discount percentage will correspond to the guest’s membership tier at the time of booking.
- With the Breakfast Rate, members will be entitled to complimentary Thermal bathing during their stay, depending on their membership tier.
f, Terms:
The benefits are only applicable to the cardholder or when the cardholder is present.
- Multiple promotions cannot be applied simultaneously. Only the promotion offering the highest benefit at the time of use will apply.
- The benefits are applicable only upon presentation of the membership confirmation email at the time of service usage.
- Each invoice may apply a maximum of one membership card.
- All benefits are applicable only during the validity period of the membership card.
- Promotional programs may be subject to change from time to time and will be updated on the program’s website.
- Reservations made through travel agencies, OTAs, or contracted partners will not be counted toward accumulated spending and will not be eligible for points conversion.
