2. Deposit Policy

• Depending on the room type, booking period, or promotional offer, the hotel may require guests to provide a deposit in advance to guarantee the reservation.
• The standard deposit is typically 30%–50% of the total booking value, or as specified at the time of reservation.
• A reservation is only confirmed once the hotel has received the required deposit (if applicable).

3. Payment Deadline

• For direct bookings: Guests are required to complete payment according to the instructions provided in the confirmation email or notification.
• For in-house guests: All charges must be settled in full upon check-in or check-out, depending on the applicable policy for each case.

4. Refund Policy

• In cases where a reservation is cancelled within the permitted timeframe, guests will be eligible for a refund in accordance with the hotel’s cancellation policy.
• Refund processing time may take between 7–14 business days, depending on the payment method and the processing time of the respective bank.
• Any fees incurred by banks or third-party payment providers (if applicable) shall be borne by the guest.

5. Additional Charges and Incidental Expenses

• Any additional services used during the stay (such as dining, laundry, minibar, etc.) will be charged separately and added to the final bill.
• Early check-in or late check-out surcharges (if applicable) will be communicated to guests in advance.
